Las Rocas - Llanes

Fine views from our Double or Twin Room View made our stay nice. The decor felt quite dated.

Location, overlooking harbour, very easy to find. Close to great beaches, also excellent clifftop walks with mountain views. Staff very friendly and helpful, good restaurants and bars close by. Would go again and stay longer. It ain't luxury, but it's a good, clean and reasonably priced hotel.

Truly enjoyed spotless and bright rooms.

Atencion!!! Obras en la puerta. 7.30am - 7.00pm lunes a sabado. ruido insoportable. The hotel is situated beside the port which currently has been emptied and is undergoing construction work. This work, involving industrial earth moving equipment starts at 7.30 every morning and finishes at 7 in the evening. The rooms are right beside the port and every guest in the hotel is awoken by the noise of cat Jack Hammers every morning. The work continues right through the day so return to the room for a siesta is impossible, and the days of work are Monday to Saturday. It was the worst experience of my life, and the prices still being charged do not reflect the fact that the room is only inhabitable for only 12 hours during the night.

Lovely views over the pretty marina and very close to the town centre and beaches.

I was enchanted by the fine views from my room overlooking the harbor. The staff was helpful, guiding me to nearby attractions and ensuring my needs were met. The location was perfect for exploring the picturesque town.

Picturesque setting. Very nice rooms. Attentive staff. Lovely town with super restaurants. And the Picos de Europa are not to be missed by those traveling in Northern Spain.

Everything was good, great service, beautiful location not far from the centre of Llanes as well as the port which has been emptied and is currently undergoing excavation work. Reasonably large room with lovely view, very helpful staff.

We loved exploring the coastal walks and hiking routes nearby. The golf course was a fun bonus. The view from our room was fine, and the hotel had great instructions for driving there. A fantastic spot for a group getaway!

I found the rooms to be a bit dated with old carpets, a letdown considering the beautiful surroundings.

the property was in the heart of the city. the food in the restaurant was great and the restaurant was good. the private parking was nearby, friendly service. all the facilities where good.

The decor feels dated and frankly off-putting!!! Noise from the nearby bars kept me awake until the early hours, and thin curtains allowed too much light in at night. Limited hot water during peak times is a hassle!!!

The amazing views from our room. The classic furnishings added a touch of elegance. The bed was comfortable and provided a perfect night's sleep.
